Was anyone looking for a new amateur mod for Shadow Warrior!? .. Well whoOooo WantA sOme WaNg? Seriously though, I'm tired of thinking about it and build so I'm releasing it, it's probably not very good but give it a try For use with SWP and newer ports. Place swc20.grp in the Games folder of SWP and select it in the start up menu. The original 4 level shareware episode is now 4 strictly multiplayer maps. The main episode consists of 10 new levels and 1 bonus map. There's some known bugs with SWP, like the midi music randomly not working at the start of a new map + some other freezes, lol. Hopefully whenever voidSW comes along, things will function more consistently. This is kind of a beta trial, let me know if you find anything game breaking, or what you liked/disliked. Go to MODDB for the download.28mb zipped. Maps 1-4 Multiplayer only.1- The Edge (MP) 2- Danzig (MP) 3- ProArena (MP) 4- Eagle (MP) Maps 5-15 Singleplayer (most are multiplayer capable also) - Midi Music5- StarGate (SP) - Know your enemy 6- StarGate Continued... 10 new levels is very cool ! I will try it for sure, i will tell you if i find some bugs! You should edit your trailer video to show the release! (or a new video ?), even just playing the first map to show the style could be enough. ^^ Even 10 levels are very cool, you don't need to do a whole game (but if there is more maps, it's more cool, sure...) I will share it!

Thanks man .. works with JFSW, SWP and Redux, however if you use Redux or the HRP it will undo the changes I've done to the HUD. If the game is too dark for you, just turn your brightness up which is usually F11. (I use SWP to play it..and make it) I'd love to see some other people's play through videos of it, I'll make my own with commentary soon. Maps 6,7,10 and 14 are the better ones In my opinion.

Yeah, i wil use SWP because Classic Redux doesnt use the map list like an episode, i mean, you must play the expansion like if it was user maps. Just curious, how much maps did you want release for the final version ? But 10 is very cool yet!

It's kind of comprised of most of the maps I've made, some with some touch-ups. There's 4-5 in there that haven't been released before and a few that were released but not "officially" The Star Trek styled one is a very old map made by "Wamplet" that was multiplayer only. I added a bunch to it and made it singleplayer also. Yup 10 singleplayer maps (Most are also multiplayer capable) I'm not sure how many maps I had in mind really, I just kept making maps over time and now I'm pretty much tired of it and life is about to get busier so, time to release it I suppose. It's close enough to SW's 20th anniversary. There's new midis for most of the maps too. I just added a spoiler tag to the first post here with some map info. To tell you the truth, I don't even like the first map really, lol.. I couldn't think of a way to finish it. I think it gets more fun after that though. For some reason it only loads 1 heat seeking rocket when it should be 5 .. I really have no idea why. I still haven't had any feedback about it, so maybe you could be the first

Great Job. I see you got a lot of downloads for this!! Thanks man Looks like 80 downloads so far, obviously for my first add-on it's not 100% how I wanted it to be but it's something! Did a fair amount of learning along the way and it was overall a fun process. I'm taking a needed break from Build for awhile however I may make fixes/updates to the add-on in the future or even continue to make a few new maps for it, we'll see what the future holds. And thankyou for the news post about it on your site!

I did notice you pointing out areas you wanted to improve on the maps in the developer commentary on your videos At least you know what you want to do partialy and have it noted already. I'd take a break too. I have to play it through completely yet, just have to justify some time. And of course your welcome about the news post, however it can go unsaid I believe now.

I think , some fan maps can crash when there is a too opened large area with a lot of enemies everywhere, from far, could it be possible, the engin can't support this ? (like the last map of the swc expansion who is one of those maps who crash a lot...impossible to finish it). Maybe because SW97 is more about corridors and separated small area than very large? Or could it be fixed with the cfg ? (like memory ram i don't know...)

Yeah, I really should do something about the secret map and last map crashing. I really like the last map too. Could have something to do with masked walls and all the open area and lots of sprites.. I haven't fully figured it out yet.

you might be buzzed and angry but you do have a point
the levels you made are some of the most creative and innovative SW levels I've seen, though maybe not the most oriented towards realism you said you didn't know how to do ROR but I swear i saw at least 4 instances of it (and some other stuff i couldn't even begin to understand how it worked)
I have a feeling it mostly has to do with when you released it. interest for SW probably picked up around it's 20th birthday and the release of VoidSW, but I'm fairly sure that before then it'd been at an all time low
