Just found this video showing cleaned weapon sprites from the Shadow Warrior Alpha (1995): Also the same youtube user uploaded an interesting gameplay of Shadow Warrior alpha (1996-06-11) a complete walkthrough: His channel has more interesting videos on the alpha versions of Shadow Warrior and also other classics: www.youtube.com/channel/UCGIzRNDNzTWkiwAQrLAFuwA/videos

Oh I rike that! I've tried to play all the way through it before but I got stopped by bugs and stuff, didn't realize there were cheats (I've found something really fun to play around with btw, m pauses things and cycles through which parts of the game are paused, so you can pause the game, shoot a bunch of rockets and grenades, and then unpause it and watch destruction )
Really glad this alpha is getting some love, it's definitely my favorite out of all of them

Ah yes, I remember that youtube user. He even made user levels for prototype versions of Unreal.
Spasehead also made a user level for the 1994 prototype of Shadow Warrior here:
And yeah, the June 11, 1996 prototype is my favorite too.

He recreated that one promo screenshot hallway (I think)! I had no idea you could shoot missiles in this version or that there were working samurais.

I found another youtube user who has been making videos of the Sept. 1995 prototype "You no miss with the green ninja!"
This user "Brownie" also put together a fixed version of the September 1995 build as well.

Oh my, Brownie... That's my old user name! Also, that is not a September 1995, it's October 1995, but to be fair even i called it September at the time, the Ultimate Patch surely has come a long way since 2020. I wonder, how is the prototype scene nowadays? I feel like interest has lost quite quickly. The prototypes were always among my self, and, no one else, so might as well keep exploring this place for how people treated these.
