This is a quick video using magica voxel:These are the Shadow Warrior colors I dragged to Magica Voxel palette section: Remember to also add the palette file in Slab6 once your convert it from vox to kvx format!
-Also, Magica voxel doesnt recognize pictures in jpg format hence I had to change it to png format, the picture you wanna modify must be in png format if you wanna open it in Magica voxel Here´s how it looks like inside the game, I replaced the axes with the new voxel using the voxfil.txt file:

please tell me how to add it into the game for the love of god! every guide on how to make custom voxel models for shadow warrior only tells me how to make them but not how to actually put them into the game so i can use them in a custom map? I can't believe how many tutorials and guides there are and all of them leave that last part out, or only tell me how to do it for doom with it's irrelevant .wad files. Any help would be so appreciated and you would be a life saver!

when you say, "...Here´s how it looks like inside the game, I replaced the axes with the new voxel using the voxfil.txt file:...", how exactly did you replace the axes with the new Voxel using the voxfil.txt file? you're just using the voxfil.txt file as a reference right? if that is the case, then what are you using to replace the axes with the new voxel? Whatever method it is, I assume it would work to replace unused empty tiles as well in the existing .art files of the game, correct? Thank you so much for any of your time and/or help.

Yes I dragged the colors from that rectangular screenshot I took from slab6. However just must add the palette file to the voxel inside the Slab6 program and, of course, save the voxel as .kvx Unfortunately magicavoxel cannot save as kvx so you must save the voxel as .vox (using magicavoxel) then open the voxel in Slab6 add the pallete file and finally save the voxel as .kvx

i very much appreciate your help and all the time u sacrificed to try to teach me. I did everything you said but it didn't work for me. i must have done something wrong. I am not trying to replace any sprites that already exist. I am trying to replace "Empty" slots in the existing tilesets with my own voxel models. I have been successful getting the voxels from the voxel pack to work but not my own. I have also made my own textures but am struggling to get them to have areas that are see thru (aka using color 255)(purple for see thru areas on textures).

I understand what you mean, I never made a map myself (just made voxels). However, Robman, made an entire mod for Shadow Warrior with new art, tiles etc etc. If there´s someone that can point you in the right direction to add you own textures it´s him. I cannot think of anyone else (that is active in the sw community) that have expertise in that area. Feel free to contact him, in the discord, he doesn´t bite (the community is tiny but friendly).
