First of all, this website is awesome and I can't wait to start designing maps. Have some questions I would hope anyone could answer
• I've booted up Build Engine on my macbook pro and realized that I can't enter 3D mode. After reading the supplied classic Build text help file, it clearly states the main Enter key will not function and it must be the numeric enter. Curious if there's a short cut I can apply, although it looks like I'll be forced to reluctantly plug a keyboard in with a number pad enter key.
• Pretty sure I know the answer to this one but figured I'd inquire anyway. Yes-- I'm aware that Build is written in C and is technically a 2.5D game engine-- however is there anyway of in cooperating a 3D modeler somehow? Sorry to sound like an imbecile but I'm extremely new to programming and game engines. Curious if there's anyway way I could suspend a 3D model created in persay, Maya somehow.

From what I know, you need the numpad ENTER key functioning. As for 3d model sprites I believe it is possible, pretty sure a lot of sprites are 3d models in the hi resolution pack. So yes, there is a way. Good to see someone new learning build, I'm glad you enjoy the site

Thanks! downloading the Hi-Resolution pack as I write this. really stoked to replace/edit sprites in Maya. Hopefully it'll turn out as planned.
