Hello, with my stand, SW with SWP crashed/bugged sometimes, but it's weird, sometimes it works, sometimes, it crash....could it work better if i host the LAN with the DOS version?
SWP is awesome but for the LAN, it's a big problem....i must close the prog with Ctrl/Alt/del stuff and all, it's hard.....
Or maybe, it could crash less with official maps? I have no idea....

Well that's unfortunate but yes the DOS version should be solid to use.

I have installed Metldown* , i will try to configure it with SWP ...if it continues to crash, i will use the Dos version, thx ^^ Yeah, even the Classic Redux has some crash too..specially when you use the exit switch sometimes....too bad because the render and graphism are really perfect for this kind of fps, i like it a lot  EDIT: I have installed the "Yang" program in the laptops, people told me, It's more stable than meltdown...we will see! ^^ |

I think YANG doesn't have any servers anymore but I think it may work offline for LAN.

Ooops, i suppose i wanted say "Metldown"....i dont know what happened haha xD
Yeah, Yang work in LAN ! I hope it won't bug or freeze at the end of the LAN game ^^

You can also use the multiplayer capabilities built directly into Sw(1997) or SWP.

I think Kali's still around, but last time I checked it wouldn't accept my dos32a-infused SW exe.

In fact, SWP, even with meltdown, crashed after the game, the scores (kill/frags) frozen often and blocked the program, again, it was a pain to stop it with alt+f4....
I have tested with dos, it works perfectly, it doesnt have the render of SWP but it will be as fun to play for people!
(i used meltdown with the DOS version of Shadow Warrior)
